RENTAL RATES FOR “THE DEPOT”

A two (2) hour minimum rental time of The Depot is required for all events.

**Rental time begins at the time you need access to the facility for set up and ends after clean up**

“ADD-ON” RENTAL OPTIONS:	RATE

1951 Great Northern Empire Builder “Ranch” Dining Car	$75.00/per hour

Scioto Valley Railroad/Train Rides	$50.00/per hour

AUDIO/VISUAL RENTAL:	RATE

DLP Projector with 100” Projection Screen Includes: DVD, HDTV & Surround Sound	$30.00/per hour or $100.00/per day

Flip Chart, Easel and Markers Four (4) available	$10.00/per day

BEVERAGE OPTIONS:	PRICE

Coffee: Includes: Regular and Decaf	$1.00/per person

Unsweetened Iced Tea:	$1.50/per person

Assorted Canned Soda’s: Includes: Regular, Diet, Caffeine Free	$2.00/per person
